“We are not pursuing growth for its sake. We are building Carzelle A/S to serve customers better – combining deep market knowledge, disciplined execution and technology that makes every transaction simpler, more transparent and more reliable.”

The year was defined by disciplined execution and purposeful progress. In a demanding market, we maintained our course and continued to strengthen the foundations for growth.

Our progress reflects the commitment of our employees and the confidence placed in us by customers and partners. During the year, we improved our operations and invested in the digital solutions, IT capabilities, and services needed to make working with Carzelle A/S simpler, more efficient, and more transparent.

Financial discipline remains central to how we manage the business. At the same time, long-term success requires the confidence to invest, develop, and pursue new opportunities. Our plan for the years ahead is therefore bolder: to accelerate digital development, expand our customer-focused solutions, and build the capabilities required to compete in a changing market.

We enter the new financial year with a clear direction and a strong sense of purpose. By combining careful management with ambition, we aim to create sustainable value for our customers, employees, and partners.

Digital Customer Journey

The digital customer journey should be simple and consistent from initial access through completed delivery. Carzelle A/S will continue reviewing where customers experience delays, uncertainty or unnecessary manual steps. Platform improvements will be directed towards these points.

The company has continued investing in digital business processes, information technology, data management, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Strengthening our share as Denmark accelerates towards electric mobility.

From 1 in 58 to 1 in 22 — EVs registered in Denmark from Carzelle A/S
1.7% 1 in 58 EVs FY 2023/2024*
4.1% 1 in 25 EVs FY 2024/2025

*FY 2023/2024 represents Carzelle’s first reporting period and covers eight months, compared with the subsequent 12-month financial years.

The Danish car market has undergone a rapid shift towards electric mobility. Electric cars represented around one-third of new car registrations in the second half of 2023, rising to more than 70% by early 2026. As EVs have become the dominant choice for new cars, the pace of this transition has begun to moderate compared with rapid growth seen previously.

Against this evolving market backdrop, Carzelle A/S has continued to strengthen its position. Our share of Danish EV registrations increased from 1.7% in our first reporting period to 4.1% in FY 2024/2025, reaching 4.5% in FY 2025/2026.

The calculation reflects Carzelle A/S’s estimated share of Danish EV registrations. Differences between the timing of sale, delivery and registration may affect the period in which individual vehicles are included.
